Bokashi is:
a Japanese method of pre-composting food waste from kitchens and cafeterias;
almost ALL food waste including meat, oil and dairy
exception:
large amounts of liquids (different technique required)
does not attract flies and rodents
reduces odors
improves composts and garden soils
well-suited for appartments and institutions
