Why am I not getting TimeBank messages in my email?

  • Check your SPAM folder and if the TimeBank messages are there, train your email program to treat them as important , not SPAM messages
  • Check your TimeBank account, under Messaging Settings ...  at the very bottom, put a checkmark in the box to get TimeBank messages sent to your email 
  • make sure the email address you put in your account settings is still valid
