Michael Millar started the TimeBank in 2009

In 2012, following a CBC interview with Edgar Cahn, founder of TimeBanks USA, there were over 100 people that re-energized this TimeBank

Michael Millar updated the software (version 2 of Community Weaver) and organized a team of a dozen volunteers to manage the community.
