How to use Bokashi?

Basic Procedure:
at bottom of bucket, put a layer of carbon (shredded newspaper or bran or dry bokashi
lasagna: 1-2 inches of fairly dry kitchen waste, barely covered with bokashi ...repeat
always press down the material after each new input, to keep the air out
when full, let it sit 2 more weeks to finish fermentation
put in compost, worm bin , bury in garden, or donate to municipal green can pickup
Tips:
avoid wet inputs
